Keto Roast Beef Egg Cups

A simple breakfast meal prep egg cup.

Ingredients: Six Servings

6 Organic Free Range Large Brown Eggs
3.5oz Chopped Roast Beef
3.5oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Pour ingredients evenly in a greased cupcake tin (if making twelve cups double the ingredients) and bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before removing cups from tin.
