Plantpower™ Sandwich Thins

Y’all I’m in love with these @outeraislegourmet sandwich thins. Paired with some good mayonnaise, mustard, cheese and @wholefoods Cajun roast beef. Delicious.

Here is how I made these sandwiches.

2 Plantpower Sandwich Thins
3oz Cajun Roast Beef from Whole Foods
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
2oz Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

Spread 1/2 tbsp of mayonnaise and mustard on each sandwich thin. Pile on 1oz of cheddar cheese and 1.5oz of roast beef on each sandwich thin and enjoy.
