Homemade Mayonnaise

A simple and delicious homemade mayonnaise.

Ingredients: Makes Approximately 8oz

1 Large Organic Cage Free Egg Yolk
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1/8 cup Water

Directions:

Place 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp dijon mustard and 1 tsp of salt in Magic Bullet, NutriBullet or small blender. Pour over 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 tbsp of white vinegar and 1/8 cup of luke warm water. Blend all ingredients for 60-90 seconds or until thoroughly blended and smooth. Will last refrigerated for up to 4 days.
